Attempted to conduct a standard inspection and signs were taken off windows. Door were locked and cooler inside empty with doors open. Called telephone number and was disconnected.

3.4- Foods throughout were not date marked. Ready-to-eat potentially hazardous foods shall be date marked when opened or prepared and consumed within seven days.
4.4- Gaskets on the one door reach-in cooler and three door sub cooler are torn. Equipment shall be in good repair.
6.4- Walls throughout are dirty or peeling paint. Clean and/or refurbish the walls.
4.5- Walk-in cooler shelving and can rack have food debris build-up. Clean this.
6.4- The floor and wall junctures are soiled by ice machine and dough preparation area.

4.5- Bottom of the three door sub cooler has pooling water. Walk-in cooler and chemical shelving are dirty. Clean this equipment.
6.4- The walls throughout are dirty or chipping. Clean and/or refurbish walls.
4.0- Remove the absorbent towel lining bologna container in order to provide a cleanable surface and prevent possible contamination.
Note: Beach used as a sanitizer appears to be scented. Do not use scented bleach as a sanitizer.
