  • 4.6/4.4- The Polar Shock machine is currently not functioning and observed mold growth in the interior of the unit. Prior to using machine it must me torn apart and cleaned and sanitized.
  • 4.1- Could not locate the thermometer for the sandwich cooler currently holding at 38°F. Provide this.
  • 4.5- Interior of the microwave has food debris build-up. Clean this.
  • 3.5- Do not cover manufacturer dates with price tags. Remove price tags covering sell by dates (green beans).
  • Notes: Several foods on retail shelving are past the sell by date includes but not limited to: Betty Crocker cake mix 10/21/11 and
  • 9/21/11; tomato soup 9/9/11; sardines 8/2011; chunky soup 11/13/11 and 12/8/11; green beans 9/24/11; and pickles 3/24/11.
  • Please check and rotate stock on a frequent basis.
