4.4/3.2- Walk-in cooler had an ambient air temperature of 45°F. Hotdogs at 42°F and steak tornados 43°F. Maintain potentially hazardous foods cold at 41°F and below. 4.6- No sanitizer on site. Quaternary ammonium chloride bottle is empty. Reportedly sanitizer will be ordered today and bleach can be purchased to used until order comes in. Food contact surfaces shall be sanitized.
3.4- Chili in dispenser had an internal temperature of 127°F. Maintain potentially hazardous foods hot at 135°F and above.
R6.1- Provide light shield on light fixtures above the hotdog area.
6.4- Walls in the walk-in cooler are dusty. Clean this.

6.4- Replace water damaged ceiling tiles and roof is leaking into a bucket in the coffee area. Make any necessary repairs.
Notes: Few foods in retail area were past the sell by date. These foods include but not limited to Campbell's tomato soup 9/16/10,
Cheerios 8/30/10, and Special K chocolate bars 9/12/10. Check and rotate stock on a regular basis.
