*7.0 Label the spray bottle with bleach, located next to the sink. Prevent misuse and possible contamination.
C/4.0 Observed sponges being used to was pots. Sponges are no approved to wash food contact surfaces. Sponges were discarded.
4.4/4.5/4.6* The can opener blade appeared soiled and appeared to have metal shavings on the blade. Clean and sanitize the blade on a regular basis. Replace the blade to prevent contamination of food.
4.8 Observed wet bowls stacked in the cupboard. Allow food equipment to air dry completely prior to storage.
6.4 An employee coat was stored on the food storage rack. Store personal items in a separate area, away from food and equipment.
Note: Discussed the proper calibration method for the long stem thermometer today.

3.2 Utensil are stored with the handles down. Store utensils with the handle upright so the food contact surfaces are protected and won't be touched by hands.
