04/21/2014 | Inspection | This facility serves only snacks to the children. Children bring their own lunches and staff provides refrigeration for the lunches and re-heats lunches when necessary. Staff provides snacks including fresh fruits, cheese & crackers, vegetables & dip, milk, cereal/milk, peanuts/raisins, applesauce, granola bars, muffins (made on site), pizza, nachos & cheese. This facility operates out of two areas, one which does not have any sinks. The other only has a two bay sink. A 3-bay sink must be installed and the staff kitchen should be the area that all food prep. and food dispensing and cooking takes place. |
