 02/11/2013Inspection12E - Handwash sink missing paper tpwels and had radio in sink, inaccessible. 8 A - 120 lbs of chicken wings, case of celery, case of lettuce, bag of onions and (4) 24 packs of pop found stored on floor in kitchen. Deliverly had been made recently, employee put wings, which temped at 37 degrees F using inspectors thermometer, into walk-in cooler.

Removed at this time. 8A-Some food product stored on floor - walkin cooler, food prep area. 8A-Plastic containers not labelled for contents. 11B-Sanitizer (Bleach) solution too strong in concentration. 11D-Debris/buildup noted on the shelves and bottom of the prep cooler. 12E-Soap not available at the handwash sink. 15A-Ceiling tile above cooler out of place. 15B-Light fixutres throughout food prep not shielded properly.
