12/30/2013Inspectionresubmitted with compliance schedule as follows: 1) The shelving below the meat slicer and supports for the prep table must be painted smooth and easily cleanable, the flooring in front of the refrigerator replaced such that it is smooth and easily cleanable, mold in the ice machine and on the condenser fans cleaned by JANUARY 31, 2014. 2) The light bulb in the basement area must be replaced with safety coated bulbs or shielded light fixtures and all items moved off the floor by JANUARY 31, 2014. 3) The cooling logs that were provided must be used when cooling foods that are going to be refrigerated and re-heated for serving at a later date (chili, soups). These logs must be retained and available for the DOH inspector. 4) The floors and shelving in the basement dry goods storage area must be finished such that they are a smooth and easily cleanable surfaces by MARCH 31, 2013. please feel free to contact our office if you have any questions or concerns about the above items.
