10/20/2015 | Inspection | Facility to leave 3rd bay of sink open for hand-washing in kitchen. Facility not permitted to use basement storage for food, clean/sanitized equipment and single use items at current time. Facility does not plan to use basement for any storage but to contact CCHD in future if any changes occur. DIscussed cooling procedures with operator. Provided operator with hand wash sticker and food safety summary sheet. Observed accurate probe thermometers in kitchen. |
