08/04/2015 | Inspection | Interview with manager indicated that the only wavier facility is using is for cheese. Facility is adequately cold holding sliced tomatoes, raw shell eggs, liquid eggs and adequately hot holding grilled chicken. Facility had fire in fryer on 8/3/15. Fire was contained and extinguished. Facility is no longer using fryer and is to be replaced. No contamination to food observed. |

Item 15B- Lights have been fixed in drive thru pick-up, above grill line, and in back storage room. Item 12C- Leak fixed on water heat valve in rear storage room. |

The following violations have been corrected from previous inspection- Item 15A- Tiles repaired on floor in rear storage area, tiles replaced in rear storage area and pick-up drive thru area, cove molding replaced at pick-up drive thru area, window ledge fixed at both drive thru windows, and self serve area has been cleaned. 15B- Replaced plastic shield over light fixture near 3-bay sink. 10B- Replaced door gaskets on high freezer door. 10A- Plastic inserts in hot holding unit have been replaced. 12D- Facility given hand wash signs to replace worn current faded signs for men's toilet room. |
