The following temperatures were measured (degrees F): Two Door Traulsen Cooler Closest to the Serving Line - Cooked Chicken Strips - 40.6; Walk-In Cooler - American Cheese Slices - 40.4; Milk Cooler on Serving Line Air Temp - 36. The Final Rinse on the Mechanical Dish Washer was between 191 to 192 degrees F and the Fire Suppression System on the Ventilation Hood was inspected in July 2015. Report e-mailed. |
