The bin which was 1/3 full was voluntarily discarded at the time of inspection. Multiple bins of beef, chicken and pork stored uncovered in walk in cooler. Boxes of raw chicken stored on the floor of prep area.. Cleavers, knives, and can openers stored on a dirty service tray in the prep area. Roaches observed in the prep area near the walk in cooler. Floor under the wok station rerquires cleaning.
