Discussed bare hand contact prevention with ready to eat foods, I'll food worker policy, hot/cold holding requirements, and chicken wing preparation method used in facility. Please contact this office with Ike frame of getting roof repaired.

Must correct all violations no later than April 29, 2014. Must send Corey DiLorenzo an email to crd05@health.state.ny.us addressing corrective actions taken to all cited violations no later than 4/29/14.
