 01/09/2008Re-InspectionRequest Supervisor call owner. I spoke w/owner via telephone during this complaint re-inspection investigation. He claims that Burke Pest control provided a drain control. However, the insect activity appears to have increased since the initial complaint investigation from 1-2-08. Owner said he will call the Burke Pest control and contact our office on status. Also recommended that food items contacted by flies be discarded. Recommended the food items be covered to reduced insect contact.
