12/13/2015 | Inspection | Comment: Breakfast menu included French toast, pancakes, scrambled eggs, home fries with onions and home fries without onions, beacon, sausage, ham, juice and coffee. Discussed food safety practices with kitchen manager: thermometer use, hand washing, no bare hand contact when handling ""ready to eat"" food, sanitizing. Food was moving off the buffet line as breakfast was busy. Inspector will mail hand wash signs and food safety packet that should be shared with volunteer food workers. |
