Plan for renovation has been put off, manager unaware of timetable and is of the understanding that any renovation will be for dining room only. Cold-holding units under and next to cooking equipment not functioning and are not being used. New refrigerator recently obtained for other side of cook line. Reviewed random daily food and equipment temperature logs during inspection.
No violation noted during this evaluation. 03/17/2015Re-InspectionViolation 5C corrected from inspection of 2/18/2015-potentially hazardous foods stored under refrigeration and hot-holding, no phf observed stored at room temperature at time of reinspection. No other items evaluated during visit.

Advised manager to notify CCHD as soon as possible but within 24 hours of such events, also including sewer backups, fires, discharge of extinguishing equipment, lack of electricity, water, or allegations of foodborne illness. A re-inspection will be conducted on or after 1/22 to verify correction of #14A and 15A.
