01/27/2016InspectionComment only: In discussion with staff, the front service area single bay sink is used as a food prep sink to wash apples and lemons. This sink is not equipped with an indirect drain to waste. Manager on duty, Katie Malmberg agreed to use the dedicated food prep sink in the back kitchen area for all food prep in the future. Must correct all violations no later than 2/17/16. Must send Corey DiLorenzo an email to corey.dilorenzo@health.ny.gov addressing corrective actions taken to all cited violations no later than 2/17/16.
