12/01/2015 | Inspection | Comment only: Pre-soak and Pot/Pan Detergent wall mounted dispensers were recently mounted on the wall above the 3 bay sink. The dispenser hoses are currently placed in the left side and right side bays. In discussion with staff, the 3 bay sink is used as a food prep sink. Please label the middle bay ""Food Prep"" and train staff to only perform food prep in the middle sink bay. Also, please ensure that the dispenser hoses are NEVER placed in the middle bay to avoid potential cross contamination.
