05/14/2015 | Inspection | Comment only: In discussion with manager, Dave Copeland, the walk in freezer is not operating correctly. A service call has been placed, but they have not received a return call yet. Must monitor freezer closely to ensure all products stay frozen. At the time of the inspection, all products were still frozen.
All remaining violations must be corrected no later than 5/31/15. Must send Corey DiLorenzo an email to corey.dilorenzo@health.ny.gov addressing corrective actions taken to all cited violations no later than 5/31/15. |
