Hamburgers, are going to be cooked on site and a stem probe thermometer is also packed. no hot holding or prep work is allowed at Lincoln pond. The hamburgers are raw frozen patties traveling in a cooler for the port Henry kitchen with no ready to eat foods.

No violation noted during this evaluation. 08/22/2014Inspectionfood was prepared at 8 am at gb Edwards facility and sent out at for the children' cam shortly after. the children' camp menu was reviewed to be vegetable, sandwich, cheese stick, milk, apples. thermometer is present in the cooler along with ice packs. temperatures are measured prior to the food leaving the facility and not documented. today temperatures were 32 degrees F. recommend documenting temp on a log as it leaves the facility.
  • Food contact surfaces not washed, rinsed and sanitized after each use and following any time of operations when contamination may have occurred
  • Wiping cloths dirty, not stored properly in sanitizing solutions
