Kegs in walk-in cooler are also on the floor. 8C--Glasses and mugs in reach-in bar cooler and waitress station are storedon flat surfaces, not allowing air to circulate for proper drying. 10B--Walk-in cooler door has a torn gasket, deli cooler and chest freezer in kitchen have mold growth on the gaskets. 11C--Chemical dishwasher does not indicate presence of chlorine on inspector's test strip. 15B--Inadequate lighting in walk-in cooler. 16--CPR sign not posted in obvious view of patrons and a current food permit is not posted publicly.

11/18/2009Inspection3c- at time of inspection, as this inspector walked into kitchen i found a prep worker cutting onions with his bare hands . He said they were going to be used for salads. The onions were discarded. There were no gloves on the premisis. MOD went and got gloves and they were corrected 15b- light is out in frigidaire refrigerator corrected 11b- bucket of sanitizer not made up - made and corrected 5b- onions that were cooked found in bowl on counter- temped at 81dF, Cooked 1 hr ago allowed to put back in cooler and corrected
