The food in the same cooler (including raw eggs, sandwiches, etc) mesured @ 61 - 63 degrees F using the inspector's digital thermometer. All product was voluntarily discarded by staff. Repeat 11A--Chlorine sanitizer for wipe towels measured @ < 10ppm cl using the inspector's chlorine test strips.
