Open container of liquid egg product and flat of pre-cooked egg patties voluntarily discarded. Other Time/Temp Controlled for Safety foods were relocated to a reach-in cooler. HVAC company onsite before close of inspection. Advised that Walk-in cooler not to be used to store TCS foods until able to maintain foods at 45 F or less. |
