Corrected- cooler not to be used to store time/temp controlled for safety foods until served and able to maintain foods at less than 45 F or less. 3B- Worker observed placing raw breaded chicken cuts into deep fryer using bare hands and not washing hands prior to returning to prep station. Corrected- Worker washed hands and cross- contamination and proper handwashing discussed.
