MANAGER STATED THAT GRILL WAS TURNED TO SAUSAGE, (LOWER TEMP). HAMBURGER VOLUNTARILY DISCARDED BY MANAGER. TOLD TO MONITOR TEMPS MORE FREQUENTLY (OF FOODS) NOT THE GRILL.
