There was a leak in the food prep area near the fryers. Per the manager this area is not used for food prep while the roof is leaking. The manager and area manager state the roof was temporarily repaired today. There was no leaking occurring in the food prep area today (weather - light rain). The area manager has contacted roofing companies and more repair work is scheduled for 2/29/16. Inspector will return to verify leaking roof has been repaired. |

The manager states leaking occurs on warmer, rainy days. Water leaks from ceiling over area between fryers and food prep area. When there is water leaking the food prep area is not used. Per the manager the ceiling cannot be fixed until roof is cleared of snow and ice. At the time of inspection there was no leaking occurring. Inspector will return on a rainy day to see if food is being protected. |

Two flies and one fruit fly were witnessed during the inspeciton. The manager has stated he is actively eradicting flies and fruit fles by using cedar blocks to keep the fruit flies away, using orkin floor and drain cleaner on a regular basis, keeping the area clean and having professional exterminators come in monthy or more often, if required. At the time of inspection the area was clean with a couple of flies present. |
