10/09/2015InspectionThe pizza on display is not properly tracked for disposal. Pizza can be on display a maximum of 2 hours unless it is plain cheese or pepperoni, which can be held 4 hours. The bucket of sanitizer was much too strong. It tested in excess of 200 ppm. Meats were found on counter and in sink for unknown purpose. Products should be kept in cooler until ready to be prepped to maintain proper temperatures. Facility in need of thorough cleaning.

01/23/2015InspectionRoutine maintenance is not being performed to keep facility clean and sanitary. Kitchen ceiling requires immediate attention as does the mold build- up in the walk in. Any roof leaks must be repaired. The broken floor and baseboard tiles must be replaced. A reinspection will be done after 6 weeks. Facility repairs and clean up must be completed by that time.
