Walk-in cooler (outside) is running warm: 12 pounds string cheese 53 degrees F.; 20 pounds shredded mnozzarella 47; 12 pounds turkey breast 50; 12 pounds ham 50; 16 cases of 1/2 pint milks 54. Milks delivered this morning, all other foods in unit > 2 hours. Also, 20 pounds sliced American cheese 48.
- All above foods discarded except milks which were relocated to other coolers. No other hazardous foods in unit. |
