03/06/2015 | Re-Inspection | Owner and operator were both advised of violations which were mandated to be resolved as of 2/28/15: removal of all non-food storage in dry goods storage in dry goods storage room and repair of rear exit door. As these had not been abated, they were both informed that they were subject to monetary fines as a result and that any questions may be directed to the office at 518-891-1800. Previous violations corrected from previous inspection on 1/27/15 include 8a, 8e, 15a (no. 2 and 3), 14a, and 10b. At the request of the owner by telephone, operator was shown the floor tiles (one cracked and several missing tiles under sink) that still require repair so as to make floor smooth and easily cleanable. Food temps. obtained during inspection at cold holding table (sliced tomatoes at 35.1 deg. F., hot pepper salsa at 36.1 deg. F, shredded cheese at 38.4 deg. F., sliced turkey at 37.2 deg.
