09/21/2006InspectionCooked chicken found stored in a bamborine in the top unit of refrigeration unit across from stove was found to be 53 degrees. It was measured at 3:25pm, and the chef stated that it was put up top from the bottom of the unit at 11:00am. The chicken was voluntarily discarded. We discussed ways to keep the chicken colder. ie: cover it.
