09/10/2014Inspectioncold and hot held foods will travel 5 minutes down the street to the Methodist church in insulated hot and cold holding units. all units must contain a thermometer and internal food temperatures are going to be documented upon arrival at the facility. proper cold and hot holding techniques were discussed. if time as a public health control is going to be used, a proposal must be submitted to our office prior to start of service.
