07/26/2006InspectionHalf a can of tuna fish sitting out at room temeprature on top of microwave oven; not properly refrigerated. Actual temperature of tuna was 58F. Owner claims the tuna was taken out 15-20 minutes ago. Corrected by proper refrigeration.
