Observed a broken thermometer in downstairs refrigerator which did not contain PHF at the time. Refrigerator temperature was 48dF. Suggestion to turn down refrigerator and to obtain a working thermometer if PHF are to be stored. Pot luck meals can be offered. Please contact CCHD for requirements. |
