    Current garbage grinder is installed in the three bay utensil sink. Properly install garbage grinder in a free standing deep NSF sink, same as at the other location on Bustleton Ave. This properly installed grinder is not operational. Finish installtion so old unit may be removed from 3 bay sink.

Flies were observed around vegetables in retail area and mouse droppings on floor under retail shelving in retail area. A heavy infestation of fruit flies wasobserved on/in and around moldy watermelons and tomatoes. see# 11(46.201) for details.
