There is no individual present with City of Philadelphia Food Safety Certificate. PIC provided documentation that course was completed. PIC waiting for course certificate. Reminded PIC that City Food Safety Certificate has to be obtained. Directed PIC to website. -Food safety person not present.

Food and beverages are not stored at least 6 inches above the floor. -Beverages observed directly on the floor in aisles. Elevate.
