Observed black residue inside at the back of the small ice bin in the food prep area. Small amount of pink residue inside the soda nozzles and holsters at both bars The beer taps at both bars have build-up of residue inside of them.

At the time of inspection there was no hot water at the handwash sink in the food prep area. The hot water could only be turned on by removing a ceiling tile to access the handle to turn the hot water on. The PIC states the problem is to be fixed today.

Observed small, winged, insects (10) on a wet cloth in a tray back in the dish wash area.
