    Mechanical Warewashing Equipment - Maintenance & Operation (a) Manufacturers’ operating instructions. (1) A warewashing machine and its auxiliary components shall be operated in accordance with the machine’s data plate and other manufacturer’s instructions. *Final rinse temperature did not reach a minimum of 180 degrees. (Termac arrived to repair)
  • Availability, Capacity & Pressure of Water (46.805)
    b) Pressure. Water under pressure shall be provided to all fixtures, equipment and nonfood equipment that are required to use water. Inadequate cold water pressure at kitchen handwash sink.
