i am upset and furious. I have been coming to this location for years now and have never had any issues until this employee started there. everytime i would order she would be short with me and get my order wrong intentionally. which is not hard. Large coke with extra ice. i have spoken to her manager but of course nothing has been done because it continues. today on 1/23/2015 at 6 pm i order my drink and she cuts me off and tells me to pull forward. I ask her why she cut me off and she says "you are being a bitch" First off i do NOT DESERVE to be called a BITCH. it was a question. I work in PR and marketing do you really want someone like that working for fazolies? she represents your brand and so far she makes it look bad. i told all my friends not to come back to this location. Imagine what i can do when i reach out to social media or the tv media. I am not happy and am insulted. I want her fired, she cannot be treating customers like that. I can only imagine how she treats other customers. I did not catch her name but she had brown hair with some blonde in it and was petite. I visit normally at night after 6 pm i hope that narrows it down. i would like a district manager to contact me. Not her SUPERVISOR. I need someone above them.
