All potentially hazardous foods must be kept at 41 degrees or below to prevent bacterial growth. Foods were moved into the walk in cooler. Ensure all potentially hazardous foods are kept in the walk in until the unit is working properly.
- Taquitos and hot dogs were 130 degrees, ensure all potentially hazardous foods are kept at 135 degrees or above to help prevent bacterial growth.
- 3 compartment sink reached a maximum temperature of 106 degrees F. Ensure that the 3 compartment sink reaches a minimum temperature of 110 degrees F for proper ware washing.
- Hand sink in back room by ice machine had product stored in front of it and cup inside the basin. Ensure that all hand sinks are accessible for hand washing.
- Observed two unlabeled spray bottles. Ensure all toxic chemicals are labeled.
