  • Observed several canned food items to be dented. Observed produce to appear wilted. Ensure that all produce/canned foods, are in sound condition and free of spoilage.
  • Food permit posted was outdate. Ensure that active and renewed copy of food license is posted in public view. Permit posted expired 4/30/2014. Manager stated she is new to location and has contacted the corporate office for active copies of permits.

Love love love this store. I ALWAYS find what I have on my shopping list and a few other things I did not know I needed until I saw them. Atmosphere is great, store is clean and very well laid out, bathrooms are clean (which is a very important feature), employees are courteous, cashiers the friendliest in all of South Texas. As a senior on fixed income I am especially grateful for this opportunity to successfully do my monthly shopping in peace. I have taught my grandchildren to shop here too and tell everybody about the wonderful bargains I am privy to. Thank you for the opportunity.
