All foods moved to another cooler during inspection. Manager will have unit repaired before using again.
- Do not store cleaning chemicals on top of dish machine unit. Store in a designated area away from the dish machine and food products.
- Bucket for wiping towels, used to wipe down dining room tables, did not have the proper amount of sanitizing solution at time of inspection. Corrected on site

Machine needs to also be professionally cleaned to remove old calcium build up, because the build up might be preventing the sanitizer to dispense at proper amounts each time the unit is used.

- Make sure dishes are air dried on a drain board prior to storage or use (this helps to ensure proper sanitizing). Observed employee using a dirty dish towel to wipe down dishes as they were removed from dish machine and prior to storage. Dishes were run through machine again during inspection and will be allowed to air dry.
