- Observed that two of the hand washing sinks in the first floor concession area were lacking paper towels. Provide paper towels at every hand washing sink.
- There was not a certified food manager on site at time of inspection. Provide for there to be at least one employee who is food manager certified at every shift.
- Observed that the tongs used to dispense hot dogs and a large paddle used to scrap ice from the ice machine were not in good repair. Provide for these items to be replaced.
- Observed that a scoop used to dispensed popcorn kernels was not clean to sight and touch. Provide for this scoop to be cleaned on a more regular basis.
