Ensure plastic linners stored on dish racks are kept in good condition and are replaced when no longer smooth and no longer in good repair. Ensure good hygienic practices. Ensure employee glasses are stored on a non food contact surface. During inspection employee glasses were observed being stored on a cutting board where food prep was being conducted.
