- 229.166 (h) (1) (A)HWS not convenient. Observed hand washing sink to have hot water turned off because of a leaking faucet. Hot water must be readily available at faucet at all times. Inspector will return on 12/23/15 to ensure faucet has been repaired.
- 229.165 (m) (1) (B)grease and soil accumulation. Observed can opener blade to have a vast amount of build up present. Ensure can opener is cleaned at a frequency to preclude encrusted grease deposits and soil accumulations.
