  • RODENT DROPPINGS FOUND ON EMPTY SHELVES. RAT TRAPS FOUND ON SOME SHELVES NEAR CANNED GOODS AND ON FLOOR WITH RAT PELLETS. ENSURE DROPPINGS ARE CLEANED UP AND TO CONTINUE HAVING ROUTINE PEST CONTROL COME OUT TO TREAT FOR PESTS. MOVE RAT TRAPS AWAY FROM FOOD AND FOOD CONTACT SURFACES.
  • FAUCET FOR 3 COMPARTMENT SINK IS MISSING. ENSURE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK IS REPAIRED AND ABLE TO SWING OVER TO ALL 3 COMPARTMENTS. SINK CAN STILL GENERATE HOT WATER AT 110 DEGREES F. ENSURE WORK IS DONE BY A LICENSED PLUMBER.
