- Provide for all dishes to be washed properly. Wash in hot soapy water-rinse in clear rinse water and sanitize in bleach and water 50 ppm-100ppm. The employee stated that they wash with soap and bleach then rinse with bleach and water then rinse the dish off.
- Provide for the restroom to have toilet paper available at all times. The restroom was missing toilet paper.
