229.166 (c) (3) hot water sufficient. No hot water in one of the sinks in womans restroom. No cold water at travis bar hand sink. Hot water is too hot to wash hands. Ensure hot and cold water is turned on at all 3 compartment sinks and hand sinks. Hot water at hand sink should be 100 degrees F and hot water at 3 compartment sink should be 110 degrees f.
Ensure all hand wash facilities are supplied with soap and paper towels. During inspection 2 hand sinks did not have paper towels and womens restroom did not have soap.
Ensure food contact surfaces of equipment and utensils are clean to sight and touch. Clean and remove mold inside of ice machines.

229.165 (m) (1) (A)not clean. 1. Refrigeration units must be cleaned. 2. All soda nozzles must be cleaned and free of buildup. Establishment must take off soda nozzle caps and thouroughly clean nozzles to soda guns. 3. Broken bottle found inside cooler. (Alamo bar) All broken glass must be removed from coolers. 4. All ice machines should be cleaned and sanitized to remove mold mildew and other buildup. All broken ice machines must be cleaned and sanitized after they are repaired before use.
