INSPECTOR FOUND SINGLE-USE STYROFOAM CUP/BOWL BEING USED FOR THE DISPENSING OF SALT. SAID UTENSIL WAS BEING STORED INSIDE AND ON SALT.

ALL FOOD ITEMS, IF RETURNED FROM CUSTOMER, REGARDLESS OF FOOD HAVING BEEN CONTAMINATED OR NOT, ARE NOT TO BE RETURNED TO READY TO SERVE BULK HOT HOLD UNIT BUT INSTEAD DISPOSED OF PROPERLY

  • 229.166 (f) (4) air gap 2x. Spray nozzle at three compartment sink, is hanging low, inside of sink well. Spray nozzle needs to be air-gapped outside os sink well at least 2 inches.
  • 229.167 (p) (11) (C)insects/pests not minimized. Provide proper pest control for gnats in break room, and around front handsink in kitchen area.
  • 229.171(f)permit required. Current copy of Food license must be posted, for customer view. Currently establishment has an expired copy of Food License posted.(8/2011).
