Manager iced food down to restore temperature to 41 degrees F because had been in unit less than 4 hours.
  • 229.167 (e) (3) (A) no towels. No paper towels at handsink adjacent to rear food prep table. Manager restocked paper towels upon notification.
  • 229.165 (p)not sanitized. Soda nozzle was slimy. Manager began to clean upon discovery.
