  • Observed disposbale wipe clothes and sponges in hand sink. Do not store any items inside hand sink for any length of time.

  • At time of inspection, the hot water at all sinks was only at 95 degrees F. Manager stated they had just used a lot of hot water to wash the floor and water heater needed to refill. Ensure hand sinks have hot water of at least 100 degrees F and 3 compartment sink has hot water of at least 110 degrees F.
