- 229.166 (j) (4) sanitary sewer. 1. Mopsink is not draining correctly and cannot be used. Mopsink must be repaired. 2. Urinal in men's restroom is covered with plastic bag and is not functional. Urinal must be repaired, replaced or removed.
- 229.165 (m) (1) (A)not clean. Soda nozzle found with slime growth. Soda nozzle must be properly cleaned and sanitized and free of any growth.
